City graduate schemes increasingly using robots to interview candidates

City graduate employers, including Goldman Sachs and Unilever are increasingly using robots to conduct interviews.
Students are asked to use a webcam to record their interviews, which are then scanned by powerful algorithms.
One of the highlighted benefits to companies is that this technology allows them to interview a much wider pool of applicants than traditional methods would allow.
