Training workers for a fourth industrial revolution

Training workers for a new future is essential in order to remain competitive. 

Although workers will need to be re-skilled and re-trained, leaders will also need to able to understand the 4.0 jargon, in order to understand the opportunities and threats. 

To note "there are already 170 robots per 10,000 employees in Germany, the UK figure is just 33."
