BAME and LBT+ women feel left out of decision-making at work

Only 47% of BAME women and 52% of LBT+ women say they feel included in company decision-making, according to Culture Amp research.

The Workplace Diversity, Inclusion and Intersectonality report found that only 54% of straight white women said they feel included, compared to 69% of straight white men.
