Shortage of talent is standing in the way of implementing AI, research says

A study conducted by Vanson Bourne on behalf of Rainbird found that the main reason behind firms not adopting artificial intelligence and automation is lack of talent in their workforce.

With 81% of organisations intending to invest in these technologies, James Duez, CEO, Rainbird, says that businesses need to rethink AI education and the way they train their staff.
