Four in five workers would like more training at work

Nearly four in five UK workers (77%) would like more training at work, according to research commissioned by the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT).

Over half (57%) of working adults admitted they have lost all hope of ever finding a dream job. 

Although 38% said that they would jump at the opportunity to develop their career, they felt unsupported by their managers to do so.
