FTSE 350 are falling behind on number of female leaders

The Hampton-Alexander Review shows that FTSE 100 is likely to achieve the 33% target for Women on Boards before the December 2020 deadline. However, half of available senior roles in FTSE 350 companies must go to women in the next year to meet the target. 

The pace of change in leadership roles whilst moving forward is too slow, the report says.
