Apprentices are not confident they are receiving the off-the-job training

The Apprentice Voice found that almost half of apprentices (45%) doubt that they are receiving the 20% off-the-job training required. 

The research launched by a group of young apprentices has also found that more than two-thirds of surveyed face stigma or stereotyping.

The report recommends that a new or existing organisation should take on the responsibility of arranging networking and social events among apprentices.
