Non-Russell Group graduates feel disadvantaged in job applications

According to Milkround's survey, 83% of graduates are concerned that Russell Group
university graduates will be prioritised when applying for graduate roles. 

Two in five (41%) of graduates suggest carrying out blind recruitment to attract a diverse workforce.

Milkround's Candidate Compass Report 2019 also looked at other barriers that could hold graduates from going after their dream job.

Perception and reality are two very different things. One of the things as we need to do as an industry is start dispelling these horrible perceptions that hold too many people back from applying in the first place.
