Gen Z is more optimistic about the future

As Gen Z (born 1997-2010) enters the labour market, a new survey by Korn Ferry found that 60% of Gen Z is more optimistic about the future. 

The survey also revealed that 67% of respondents say Millennial workers are more stressed than Gen Z.

Korn Ferry Senior Director Mark Royal explains Millennials are more influenced by living through the financial crisis of 2007-2008.
