Developing resilient behaviours in students

With unprecedented mental health crisis amongst young people, there's a perception that students do not know to handle stress and pressure. 

In January 2017 Lynsey Russell-Watts and Helen Stringer, University of Edinburgh Careers Service, conducted a research on students' attitudes to resilience.

All participating students acknowledged the benefits of exposing them to failure. Students conclude that challenges present valuable learning experience.
