Two-fifths of employers not measuring the success of benefits

A survey conducted by Group Risk Development (GRiD) found that two-fifths of employers are not measuring the impact of the benefits they offer.

42% of employers were not taking stock of what benefits were most valued by their staff.

Katharine Moxham, spokesperson for GRiD said: "Offering them is one thing, but it’s crucial that employers know which ones are adding value to their company."
