How can employers encourage female creative talent?

Despite more women studying creative arts subjects at university, a greater proportion of male creative arts graduates are working in the industry.

Recent data shows that 43.1% of female creative arts graduates in employment six months after graduation work in creative occupations, compared with 49.8% of their male peers.

There are practical ways that universities and employers can work to encourage more female creative talent.
