Brexit extension: Impact on employers

The UK and the EU have agreed a delay of Brexit until 31 October.

While the government has been given an extra six months to negotiate a Brexit deal on which it agrees, what does this mean for employers’ preparations?

Nicolas Rollason, partner and head of business immigration at Kingsley Napley, said: "It is important that employers continue to encourage and support EU staff in the UK  to apply under the EU settlement scheme."
