Young people value human 'touch' in recruitment

According to a new report published by The 5% Club and Schneider Electric UK, young professionals prefer a high level of human ‘touch’ when applying for jobs.

Over half (52%) of young people don’t believe that technology does a better job at  identifying talent compared to human recruiters.
