Can technology transform employee wellbeing?

The Health and Wellbeing survey released by CIPD and Simplyhealth showed that employees would like to be able to track their own health using technology.

These included the ability to measure blood pressure (57%), detect calorie intake (46%), assess overall levels of fitness (52%) and provide stress measurements (44%).

The monitoring of employees is a sensitive subject. Nonetheless, Pam Whelan, director of corporate at Simplyhealth, believes technology can take wellbeing onto a very different level.
