Amazon to launch 1000 UK apprenticeships by 2021

Amazon pledges to create more than 1000 apprenticeships in the UK over the next two years.

The apprenticeships will consist of nine programmes, lasting between 13 months and four years, across software development, engineering, automation as well as HR. 

“We want to give people opportunities to succeed in the digital age, regardless of their background,” Doug Gurr, Amazon’s UK country manager, said.
