TUC and GMB launched Reasonable Adjustments Disability Passports

TUC and GMB union have created a new disability passport to prevent disabled people 
from leaving their jobs because of employers’ failure to make reasonable adjustments in the workplace.

GMB general secretary Tim Roache pointed out that all employers have a legal duty to
proactively make reasonable adjustments to remove, reduce or prevent any disadvantages that disabled workers face.
