Benefits of technology uptake in higher education

There's a growing expectation that the education secretary and universities minister due to receive independent advice from an expert panel to cut tuition fees. Another likely outcome is that the government is urged to cut numbers of loans.

As a result, these barriers to university can further contribute to drop-out rates. This presents a particular problem for disadvantaged and disabled students and applicants.

The uptake of technology in education can be part of the solution.
