Digital transformation is a very broad term. But, what it comes down to: how a business interacts with customers using technology and also using automation and computers to improve internal processes.
Nick Parminter, CEO and founder of Flipside, says "Marketers use the term to describe using new mediums to spread marketing budgets more effectively, and branding agencies use it to create the existential crisis they sell to solve in the form of a new brand identity.”
How many organisations are actually undergoing a digital transformation, and is it just a PR and marketing exercise?
