In order to reduce the possibility for bias, recruiters are increasingly turning to machine 
learning and algorithms to help create a fairer process.

Nonetheless, it isn’t just humans who are prone to prejudiced decision-making - algorithms can inherit human bias if they are not developed and tested properly. Should recruiters be worried about using these types of tools?
