Staff at Ted Baker demand an end to "forced hugging"

Workers at Ted Baker are demanding an end to a culture of “forced hugging” by the company boss, claiming it amounts to harassment that is going unchallenged.

They have set up a petition on campaign website Organise accusing chief executive Ray Kelvin of inappropriate behaviour.
