Women choose employers based on gender pay gap

A recent poll conducted by the Equality and Human Rights Commission says that 61% of women would take an organisation’s gender pay gap into consideration when applying for jobs. 

It also found that current female employees would also be less likely to recommend their employer if they had a gender pay gap.
