Japan's business lobby dumps graduate recruitment guidelines

Japan's business federation has scrapped their guidelines on graduate recruitment to allow employers more flexibility in recruiting. 

Currently the business lobby member companies hold job orientation sessions in March for third-year students who will be seeking employment when they finish their studies. 

Current third-year students joining companies in spring 2020 will be the last generation to follow the traditional recruitment schedule.
