Research suggests 50% of employees in wrong jobs

New research from the CIPD's report ‘Over-skilled and underused: Investigating the untapped potential of UK skills’ surveyed 3,700 UK employees, suggests that 50% of workers are in the wrong jobs based on their skill level. 

It found that workers are often over-skilled or under-skilled for their jobs.
