A third of LGBT workers fear disclosing their sexuality at work

Research from YouGov found that 35% of LGBT workers do not disclose their sexuality at work for fear of being discriminated against. 

In response to the findings Stonewall, gay, bisexual and trans campaign group, has called on employers to develop zero-tolerance discrimination policies regarding sexual orientation discrimination in work places.
