Employers accused of rebranding low skilled roles as apprenticeships

A report by think tank Reform suggests that, due to the weak definition of apprenticeship in the UK, employers are rebranding low skilled roles as apprenticeships in order to make us of funding available through the apprenticeship levy.

“The Government is right to focus on apprenticeships, but this is the wrong way to go about it.”
