Do you want to inspire young people into making an amazing career choice, helping them to see their potential and bringing to life what a career as a chartered accountant is really like?
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Marketing Manager who can develop and deliver our strategies for engaging with schools, colleges and universities across the UK to build a pipeline of future ICAEW chartered accountants. Whether it is engaging directly with students themselves or through their key influencers such as parents, teachers, lecturers or careers advisers; you and your team may be the first experience they have of ICAEW so your role is to make the best possible impression.
You will lead a team of six marketing executives and senior marketing executives to deliver exceptional regional engagement activity at our target schools/ universities and colleges as well as managing national events such as our virtual careers fayre and other third party events. You also work closely with our national marketing team to ensure that the marketing assets developed resonate with our key audiences and stand out from our competitors. As well as engaging UK students you will also work alongside our international offices, sharing best practice and identifying new ways to make an impact on student recruitment globally.
If you are a marketing professional with a wealth of experience in inspiring young people in education or through student recruitment, we want to hear from you. In return we offer a £38K salary, mobile phone and laptop, 24 days annual leave as well as regular travel to our London office and around the UK. Possible overseas travel may be required. This role is based in Milton Keynes.
