HE Conference for Careers Advisors and Employer Outreach Teams:What Employers Want
Many thanks to London Business School for hosting this year's ISE Conference for HE Careers Professionals .
The conference featured a number of employer-led sessions exploring the challenges faced when recruiting onto their graduate programmes.
We reviewed changes to some of the selection and assessment processes being introduced by employers and discussed the must-knows for graduates when entering applying to schemes and entering the world of work.
In addition, we looked at the UK graduate labour market and some of the solutions being used by universities responding to the changing needs of employers.
Participating employers included: Deloitte, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, FDM, Frontline, PwC, SAP, Teach First, Thales and Virgin Media
