There is no silver bullet when it comes to recruitment. Meeting your business needs in regard to skills, diversity and volume of hires requires diversity of approach. This case study session presented by UWE Bristol and three partner organisations, NMI, Enterprise Rent-a-Car and DE&S, explores how they have been successful in recruiting students and graduates through an effective University partnership.
