  1. What proportion of your student recruitment budget are you spending on diversity and inclusion? Is it not enough, about right or too much? If you had more money what would you spend it on
  2. Our wider research has suggested that young people are concerned about whether their career will offer them positive mental health. Is your firm a good place to work in terms of mental health? How are you communicating this to potential hires?
  3. Should we be thinking about geography and ‘spatial justice’ as part of our diversity and inclusion strategies.

16.20 - Driving an award winning Diversity strategy across Early Talent recruitment at Accenture

Joan Moore, Accenture, Winner of ISE Commitment to Improving Diversity through Student Resourcing Award 2019

Joan will talk through what she believes to be the key drivers of Accenture’s success in widening their talent pool, from a total ‘tech enabled’ transformation of their assessments process through to the creation of high impact ‘truly human’ sourcing and attraction activity.
