This event will allow you to network amongst your peers and gain further insight into the challenges they are currently facing and how to overcome them.

  • Revising KPIs - success factors

  • How much of their Apprenticeship Levy have each members spent in percentage terms of what was paid in?

  • What is the split in each’ company’s Apprentices between
    • those Apprentices who were already employed when they started their Apprenticeship – where the Apprenticeship is supporting their ongoing development
    • those Apprentices who have joined in volume roles that automatically include an Apprenticeship but not focussed on school leavers
    • those who are new school leavers
    • how do the companies think the above are going to change moving forwards?
