Development Conference

The ISE Student Development Conference is a unique event, which brings together over 150 early talent development professionals responsible for entry-level talent programmes. Taking place on 20 March 2019 at Cavendish Conference Centre in London, the event incorporates a development-focused exhibition of suppliers running alongside the programme which features keynote speakers, plenary sessions, breakout sessions and workshops.

Future Skills Development

Hear from Dr Mick Jackson, WildHearts Founder and CEO and Creator of Micro-Tyco who will discuss how to future proof graduates and apprentices by building entrepreneurial thinking into the programmes

Transitioning from education to the workplace

Sessions on:

  • How to use Virtual Reality soft skills training to prepare graduates for the workplace
  • Thriving through transition: tips from behavioural science for optimising your early career development programme
  • Managing the transition for interns and new hires, highlighting the challenges and successes of different approaches taken by employers
