Squaring the circle: How to do more for less by taking an evidence-based approach

Facilitator: Edward Walker, Principal Consultant, Talent & Potential

The 2018 ISE Annual Student Recruitment Survey indicates that over half of all employers are trying to reduce the cost of hiring. The more for less challenge means many recruiters and developers are facing difficult choices - which activities should they protect or invest further in and which can be scaled-back or abandoned all-together? Research strongly suggests that an evidence-based approach leads to better decisions being made, in a wide-range of different organisational settings.

This webinar is designed to help you understand how to make evidence-based decisions in your work as a recruiter or developer. Through reference to real-life examples we will introduce you to four different types of evidence and help you identify ways to improve your current practice. We will end the webinar with a general Q&A session and also signpost a number of free resources that will help you make better decisions at work.

We hope you can join us, as the evidence suggests it will be a valuable use of your time!
