ISE Webinar - Effective performance appraisals for early talent

A quick review of recent press headlines might suggest that performance appraisals are a thing of the past.  A number of high-profile organisations have adopted alternative approaches, which it is argued are better-suited to agile workplaces and project-based teams. But are these alternatives really a step in the right direction? In this interactive webinar we cut through the hype and review the evidence, to help you understand whether your appraisal process is supporting the development of your early talent and driving organisational performance.

In addition to sharing our top tips for effective appraisal design we also consider whether the needs of early talent can ever be effectively met using an organisation-wide appraisal process. To help illustrate how this challenge can be overcome we will be joined by Craig Smith who will present a case study of a graduate-specific appraisal process, which helped his former team win a number of industry awards.  We will then end the webinar with a general Q&A session on all things appraisal-related.
