Through targeted events, ISE can help members to be even better at attracting, hiring and developing your student talent.

We hold two main conferences each year; the ISE Student Development Conference, usually taking place in March/April, and the ISE Student Recruitment Conference, taking place in June/July.

At the beginning of each year, we also hold a Showcase event, which offers employers, suppliers and universities a change to network with each other, and find the best ways to work together. Our supplier members hold stands where they give employers all the information they need to produce a strong partnership.

Year round we offer two styles of group meetings: Employer Sector Groups and Special Interest Groups.

Employer Sector Groups give ISE employer members the opportunity to meet with fellow recruiters and developers to share best practice.

Our series of Special Interest Group forums are designed to give members the opportunity to discuss specific topics with like-minded recruiters from a broad range of sectors. These events are open to all members and are a great opportunity to network and hear insights from a range of experts in student recruitment. 

We do not stop there in our commitment to our members' professional development. We hold training courses throughout the year for both junior and senior members of the team.
