Regional cities skills shortage as graduates head to London

A study compiled by WPI Strategy group, found that in the East Midlands 55.5% of graduates left the area to find work shortly after graduating. 

Proposals to reverse or stem the "brain drain" include allowing graduates to use university facilities post-graduation.
