About the speaker

Ben Williams is a Chartered Psychologist and on the Board of the Association for Business Psychology. He also runs the bespoke assessment design firm Sten10 and has created a number of Game Based Assessments in the past for test publishers.

Working in the field for 18 years, he has lots of war stories and frequently presents at academic institutions and conferences on a range of assessment-related topics.

His gaming career spans from Tetris to Farpoint Virtual Reality, although can seldom afford the luxury of gaming
now.
